Private lockable tack storage and saddle rack
Free choice hay and fresh water at all times
Two daily grain feedings with additives or supplements (Must be supplied)
Daily turnout in small herds in clean and dry paddocks with salt/mineral licks
Daily stall mucking and fresh bedding
Access to heated lounge with fridge and microwave
Access to indoor tacking area with cross-ties, outdoor arena, round-pen and private trails
Use of arena equipment including jumps, barrels, cones, poles, etc
Permission to use outside coaches or trainers on the property
Permission to use the veterinarian and farrier of your choosing

Transport services are available for local or long-distance hauling. We regularly trailer to local shows and clinics.
Rates vary depending on distance.
